On tuesday, we did golden gate reactions.  We used the 5 plasmids that assemble into a cole1/KanR/GFP plasmid.  Those plasmids were obtained from Michael Lee in the Dueber lab.  The reactions were set up individually by each student according to the protocol on this wiki.  All but 3 or so of the reactions successfully gave green colonies.

If I put two returns between lines...
Then I'll get a new line
But if there is only one return,
they end up on the same line
