For developing prepare solutions in advance! | |||
- 30 gr/l K2CO3, 500 mcl/l Formaldehyde (37%), smallest granule of Na2S2O3.5H2O you can find | |||
- Shake gently untill developed (typically less than a minute) | |||
- 1 min 1% Glycine | |||
- 1 min ddw | |||
- 10 min 1% Glycine | |||
