Morning
- pick 1 blue/green colony per plate for growth and templiphi in strips
- incubate templiphi at 30C overnight
Afternoon
- glycerol cultures
- set up sequencing reactions except for template
Instructor Post-prep
- heat kill templiphi
- transfer 2ul of templiphi into sequencing mixes
- Send out for sequencing
