person responsible for the respective date has to

  1. give a short introduction into the topic
  2. state the aims of the paper/work presented
  3. state the rationale for choosing the paper

but keep in mind:

  1. everybody has to read/prepare the paper!!! → we will discuss the paper figure-by-figure, taking turns in explaining them
  2. keep a critical mind - try to identify the "good and the bad"
