I will be offering a course called "Chemical Engineering Design Principles in Biological Systems" in the fall of 2011 (200 level). Curriculum will focus on using basic ChemEng principles (thermodynamics, transport, kinetics) in the context of cellular processes and human physiology. This course will be an alternative to the Biology 100 Gen. Ed. requirement for students interested in the Biochemical Engineering concentration curriculum.  Please contact me if you're interested in this course and have any questions.
