Experiment Description
A two hour, interactive, optical trap demo that contains portions of calibration and characterization, culminating in the calculation of the drag coefficient for a sphere. A short E.coli demo is also run. This was designed by B. Hughey and D. Appleyard for the Women in Technology Program at MIT.
