Figure improvements
- Reshma 08:47, 17 September 2007 (EDT): I don't like the term marketing. I think we need to come up with something else. I'll think on this.
Figure generation
- Austin Che 12:36, 9 September 2007 (EDT): The svg conversion to png on the wiki is not a complete conversion. Specifically it ignores markers which are used to denote line end arrows so this doesn't quite look correct. The thing in the upper left corner should be on the end of all the lines on the top. But this file should be understood correctly by any svg program. So if anyone wants to edit this, any reasonable svg program should be able to handle this (I used inkscape).

- Reshma 22:07, 9 September 2007 (EDT): I made some changes to the table. I deleted the Lab management row because I didn't think it was that relevant. I also changed some of "traditional" entries to actual examples.
- Austin Che 22:19, 9 September 2007 (EDT): Maybe lab management isn't the right word, but there's scientific communication in telling other people what your lab does, and I see that as being a part of the purpose of OWW.
- Reshma 22:55, 9 September 2007 (EDT): Perhaps you're right. We could try a row called Lab sites.
- Austin Che 00:43, 10 September 2007 (EDT): Might be better to go even more general. For example, how about people's user pages or description of research projects, i.e. telling the world what and individual is up to. I'm not sure how to call this.

- Reshma 22:54, 9 September 2007 (EDT): Feel free to add the links. I am just not sure if PLoS will support links in "images" or not which is why I was trying to design the table such that they weren't required.
