OWW Survey

  • It could be useful to conduct an online survey to learn more about the OWW community (its use of the site and its expectations).
    • multiple choice questions format (easier for stats).
    • try to keep it reasonably short.
    • to be advertised on main page, sent to mailing lists.

Brief

  • It would be great if you could have a look at it, so that the SC can make a final decision on the content during the coming SC meeting:
    • are we happy with the current questions ?
    • are there some topics that we have forgotten to target ?
    • will the resuts of this survey help us to know what to do next to improve the OWW user experience ?

Suggested questions

Nkuldell 06:44, 15 May 2007 (EDT)I've added a few suggestions/thoughts in blue font. A general question is why not take this opportunity to ask the folks taking the survey what they'd like to see added to OWW. You might learn a lot about where people are finding roadblocks/frustrations by the kinds of answers you get. You could also ask what the most important aspects of OWW are for the users to see if their experience and purposes in using OWW are the same as the SC's.
