In order to accomodate US west coast and England, I think a noon-1pm EST time slot would be the best. This also has the advantage of a free lunch for local people -- maybe we can subsidize breakfast/dinner for those calling in ;)

Since I assume people have more flexible schedules over the summer, I'd like to just propose the noon-1 timeslot times and see if we can get a day that works for everyone (who is interested in attending the meeting, anyway) The days would be the 2nd weekday of the month, see below.
