| Applications are invited for a Research Technician in the Developmental Biomechanics group. The successful candidate will be a key member of a dynamic, interdisciplinary research team based in the Department of Bioengineering. The post holder will provide support for molecular biology, imaging and histology, and will have responsibilities for coordination and maintenance of the laboratory. Additional responsibilities include technical training of students and research staff, management of an experimental model colony, and oversight of laboratory safety and risk assessments. Active involvement in specific research projects will be highly encouraged and there is also the possibility for authorship on published manuscripts.
