  • dissolve 0.167 g in 0.9 mL water
  • adjust final volume to 1 mL
  • store stock solution at -20°C
• equine cytochrome c, 1 mM stock
  • VWR catalog #, CalBiochem catalog #250600; MW 12,270; stored at -20°C
  • dissolve 6.13 mg in 0.5 mL water
  • portion into 50 uL aliquots,
  • store at -20°C for up to 6 months
• HEPES pH 7.5, 1 M stock

• isopropyl β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside(IPTG), 1 M stock

• sodium dithionite (Na₂S₂O₄), 1 M stock
  • Sigma catalog # 157953-100G, MW 174.1, original bottle and aliquoted stored at room temperature in a dessicated, sealed container
  • dissolve 0.174 g in 1 mL water
