I’m Marika McCarthy, a senior physics major doing my thesis in the Altman lab where I’m working with analyzing single particle trafficking in retinal pigment epithelial cells to determine the role myosin VI plays in phagocytosis. I’ve also done summer research stints in solar and particle physics and am applying to Ph.D. programs in physics for this coming fall. |
