Major methods available

  • Spectrophotometer: use a formula based on A260 and A230 (260 and 230 nm absorbances)
    • fastest/easiest but may have most bias (??)
    • Ceci/Amanda/Frances chose BCA instead.
  • Pierce brand BCA assay
