How much BugBuster lysis solution should I add per mL of E. coli culture?
- Janet uses 2mL per 50mL E. coli culture in TB
- Ceci uses 10mL per 1L of E. coli culture
How can I tell if the cells are lysed?
- The solution/slurry should become viscous from DNA exiting the cells.
