Basic and strategic research.
We're interested in genetics of natural variation, population genetics and molecular biology. We're currently studying immune receptor gene variation and its involvement in the evolvement of incompatibilities between wild populations from a molecular and evolutionary and perspective.
Applied research.
Our lab is also associated with the group of A.F.Tiburcio to study polyamine homeostasis in plants and its practical applications on inducing stress tolerance.
Dissemination of Knowledge.
For a more detailed view of our research, have a look at our Research Projects and Scientific Publications sections. For general public information have a look at +info.
University. Our university academic activities are summarized in Teaching activities.
