[math]\displaystyle{ \kappa }[/math]-Casein

This comes as a lyophilized powder. It should be stored in its original container in the -20˚C freezer.

As opposed to the other forms of casein we have, [math]\displaystyle{ \kappa }[/math]-casein will go into a solution of PEM relatively easily.
