- Follow Atlas' abstract guidelines and put Brigette and Andy's abstracts on plos.
- Get a group account on the supercomputers for KochLab and setup an account for Larry.
- You can use up to 8 processors and can open 4 instances of LabVIEW.
- We need to find out if LabVIEW can run in a command line interface or, we need to install some form of an X windows system so we can interface to the computers.
- Make sure that we can get a license for LabVIEW for the supercomputer.
- An ongoing idea is to do a literature search on what kinesin we want to use. However, we will wait on this until next meeting.
- MD simulations are going well.
- Initial simulations for modeling water are beginning with already available programs.
