This could become the central repository for online journal clubs, i.e. an open discussion of published research, similar to what is commonly done in small groups in research institutions. This page could serve as a hub to individual article reviews. Outstanding papers could be brought to everybody's attention by decorating them with small icons, e.g. stars, glowing light bulb, etc.
