I graduated high school in 2004 from [http://www.dl-digital.com/images/Scenics/Airplane/DSC_5497-WoodlandsHighSchool.jpg| The Woodlands], TX with a drive to study [http://www.bme.utexas.edu/index.cfm| Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin]. I quickly realized that the only way to dive into BME was to do undergraduate research, immediately. I began my experience in research August (the first day) of my freshman year in [http://www.engr.utexas.edu/aboutfacstaff/facbios/suggs.cfm| Suggs] [http://openwetware.org/wiki/Suggs_Lab| lab] in Cell and Tissue Engineering.
