ABI runs

  • Stella made dilution plates of yesterday's PCR reactions
  • CBA28 reactions were not diluted, since signal has been low
  • Lindsay made formamide plates and loaded on ABI3100
  • RUB101105AB = Panel 1 = Runs 6311-6316
  • RUB101105CD = Panel 2 = Runs 6317-6322
