PCR for microsat do-overs

  • Ran 4 plates of PCR for panels 1 & 2, sample groups listed in previous entry
  • Made new working stocks of CBA23 and CBA28, should order more CBA28 soon
  • Made dilution plate for panel 1 (RUB101026B)
