CellDesigner Tutorial



CellDesigner Main GUI
  • Starting the Program: Double-click on the CellDesigner Icon found on your Desktop.
  • Areas:
    • Menu Area: Access to File/Graph/Simulations functions.
    • Draw Area: to draw and build a model.
    • List Area: to display and edit the list of the components and reactions of a model.
    • Notes Area: to display and edit the notes of the component
    • Tree Area: displays all the list of the components in a tree structure
  • Useful functions:
    • Open a File
    • Save a File
    • Select an item
    • Move / Delete an item
