List of mutations we made to optimize the original listeria thermoswitch. We're planning on using 5 of these, including the original, Mutation11, GriffShort, GriffMed, and GriffLong. All have the GGAGG Shine Dalgarno sequence upstream of the AUG start codon. We will test these to see which ones work the best and at what temperatures. We have also considered designing our own thermoswitch from scratch with a SD and start codon.
