HASMCs on 3 kPa PEG-PC with 1.5 ug/cm2 mouse laminin and 1.5 ug/cm2 human collagen IV. Cells were serum starved for 48 hours prior to being stimulated with 2.5 ng/mL TGFbeta-1 (in serum-free DMEM) during the course of this 12 hour video. Cells were seeded such that ~30,000 had adhered 24 hours post-seeding.
