The first frame of the video captured on June 23, 2010 with arrows superimposed on it. The arrows indicate the starting (tail) and finishing (heads) positions of the ferritin droplets after moving under the influence of a magnet for fifteen minutes. The magnet was at the top of the image, but for whatever reason the droplets move to the lower left. Blue denotes droplets that can be tracked for the whole duration of the film, while red denotes those that go out of focus or out of frame, and yellow indicates one that appears to have merged with another one.
