ISCB-SC:Committee:Marketing Tasks The Student Council Marketing Committee is responsible for increasing awareness of the Student Council with members as wells as non-members. It also helps to identify requirements and expectations of its members. A major goal is to promote the Student Council through the website and other media such as the newsletter. Ongoing Projects Newsletter The ISCB Student Council Newsletter is a quarterly electronic publication for Student Council members. It contains information about new and ongoing projects of the Student Council leadership, it announces upcoming events and reviews past activities. We also include links to resources on the web that we think are valuable for students in the field of computational biology, as well as key dates for conferences and workshops. The newsletter send out to our members at the end of March, June, September and December. It is also available on the wiki and on our website. Completed Projects 1. Student Council Symposium Evaluation We created a questionnaire to evaluate the activities of the Student Council during ECCB 2005.
