1. We did not have enough TCA so we decided to make ammonium sulfate Precipitation. We found the substances which are necessary for this procedure.

2. 11:30 --- Centrifuge of LB+ top 10 and LB+ Lard1.

we took the supernatant and put the tubes -20 °C.

17:00 --- Again we centrifugated our substances at 12000 rpm for 15 min.

17:20 --- We add 60 % ammonium sulfate to supernatant that we obtained yesterday. Inbubation at 4 °C for overnight.
