1. Focusing on the creating proper poster and presentation.

2. Constructing new procedure accourding to new coming bacteria strains.

3. Searcing new methods and how to use these methods and machines and chemicals required.

4. We have searched about could we use thioglycolate for our bacteria medium for anaerobic conditions.But we the realized we didnt need it.

5. Learning flow cytometry principles, SDS-PAGE, oxygen probe usage incase we need them.
