12.08.20091. Digestion of Lysis. We made monodigest but we saw double band. (??) 2. Preparation of competent cell (top 10). 29 tubes - 200 microliters, Kept in -80C freezer and the box is labeled Top10. 3. Plasmid isolation of TRH and RBS. |
