SpeI Activity Assay

  • To determine if SpeI being used was functional, ran a gel of circular B0015 vs. B0015 digested with SpeI. Gel was 1.0% agarose and run at 90 V with a 1 kb ladder. The result confirmed the activity of SpeI.
