  • Miniprep 2 J23101, 2 J22301, 3 E0840, 1 J04450, 1 p1010
  • Digestion of Miniprep products
  • Ran a 2nd gel w/ leftover digestion to double check enzymes - showed no cut-out of E0840 part as had occured in previous test
