June 21st 2010

  • Single and Double Digests (using 10uL - 1uL water, 1uL buffer, 6.5 uL DNA, 0.5 uL BSA, 1uL enzyme) with 6/19 miniprep products
  • Gel with 6 samples 1. Eo2040 + Xba1, 2. E0240 + Pstl, 3. E0240, 4. J33201 + EcoR1, 5. J33201 + Spe1, 6. J33201
  • Transformed 50 uL DH5a w/ E0840 from 2009 Plate 1 well 120. Growing on AMP plates overnight
