- Made stock solution of 2nd generation K12 cells
- Made LB control plates
- Made stock solutions of minimal media and LB
- Grow up K12 cells from 2nd dilution
- Began butanol tolerance experiment:
- Made LB broth solutions containing 100uL of cells and the following butanol concentrations:
- 0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 2.8, 3.2%
- Cells went into incubator/shaker at 2PM
