Bootcamp Day 4

Lawns observed on yesterday's LB plate.

Colonies observed on CAP plates

Inoculated 3 tubes of broth for both 12O and 12M:

5 mL LB with 1 colonies of 12M or 12O

Began second overnight at 5:20 PM by inoculating 5 mL LB with previous inoculations.
