- Digest of PRO, CDS and TER with Bsa1


- Set up level one dig-ligs 1, 5, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and PCR.
- Agrobacterium transformation. 2 μl DNA into 50 μl of cells followed by electroporation. Incubation in LB for 2 hours. Spreadplated onto LB containing: 1  μl/ml of Ampicillin, 1  μl/ml of Rif and 1  μl/ml of Gentamycin. Incubated overnight at 30 °C.

Week 7 Day 1
