The plasmid PET28AntA was transformed into both standard E.coli cells and E.coli used for protein (Rosetta BL21) The four plates were left to incubate at room temperature for a couple of days.
The plasmid PET28AntA was transformed into both standard E.coli cells and E.coli used for protein (Rosetta BL21) Two plates contained Kanamycin and were spread with the sample containing standard E.coli cells. The remaining two plates contained kanamycin and Chlorophenical and were spread with the BL21 E.coli sample.The four plates were left to incubate at room temperature for a couple of days.

Outreach Soil tokens were ordered in business card. They were to be given to anyone donating a soil sample so they could track its progress and view the results of the screening.
