Continuation of Conjugation

I came to see if some colonies had grown and there were 9 colonies. Miguel left me a note saying that I had to re-cultive this colonies both in solid PY and solid LB with, double antibiotic: nalidixic acid (R. etli) and Gemtamicina (our conjugation). If colonies grow in LB is becuase the colonies are not R. etli being that is not able to grow in that medium.

In two days I have to see if colonies did not grow in LB.
