FBA & Osbaldo Intervention

  • Our Instructor, Osbaldo Resendiz, helped us by providing a parsed version of the model he created for the FBA of nodulating R.etli. We are currently going through the data to understand what is contained on the huge matrix.
  • The other code I was generating will be on stand-by for a few days, however I plan on finishing it.
  • As a side note, the matrix generated by Osbaldo appears equivalent to the one generated by my code. This might be a good validation.
