  • Removed S. Aureus O/N culture from incubator at 0800 June 14th
  • Followed Common Protocols procedure for making a glycerol stock
  • Glycerol stock is now being stored in the -80 degree freezer in the box contain Kevin and Phillip's competent cells.
  • Will make another stock with a proper control this week
