  • Designing the plasmid building process
    • detailing each and every rounds of PCR
    • selecting which restriction enzymes to use
  • Meeting with Professors Endy, Steinman, and Yanofsky from 4-5 pm.
    • 1. update them on the status of the project
    • 2. seek help on anticipated problems
