• mini-prep and restrict lacIq constructs and R0010+motB construct so that Lane can run gel, gel purify, ligate, and transform
• run cut P0150, P0451, and R0051 on gel and verify they are what they are supposed to be-- cut out R0051 if it looks ok (it should be around 2200 bp)
• figure out a way to get R0050... check the registry plates, see if we have it mini-prepped from before....
