August 13, 2007

  • Two transformations seemed to be successful:
    • 3uL 6uL ins: 2uL vect
    • 5uL 6uL ins: 2uL vect
    • Both non-heat-inactivated
  • innoculated 4 colonies from each plate
  • innoculated RBS B0034
  • Made SOB and LB and aliquotted into small flasks with 50mL in each
