we will tring to tramsformation theese two blocks again today.

Strain Incubation

  • By Xu Anting and Liu Ting
K-12 with Plasmid F grows well.
Incubating C600 (pSC101) in 37 centigrade and R751 in 30 centigrade, using BPY medium.
