    • pSG.002 as negative control
    • pSG.005 (pSG.001+pRG.006 (pLac from Antoine))
    • psG.006 (pSG.002+pSG.004 (pTet from kit))
  • Transformed the ligation product and plating (plus 1 positive control)
  • Digested pSG.004 and pRG.006 with X and P then extracted the gel
