Luminescence test of pMG.002

  • Re-doing test for visible luminescence. NO ANTIBIOTIC ADDED
  • 20 mL LB + [100 uM, 1 mM] Arabinose inoculated with pMG.002 at 10h30
  • 29C + shaking

Result: no visible luminescence as of 19h30

Start liquid cultures to test Nitrate reporter pMG.001
