11h30: beginning of a new culture.


this time:

    • 20ml of fresh LB, 200 μL of the 'old ' culture,
    • 28°C (Tamara s incubator),

and same concentrations of Antibiotic and L arabinose

    • 1,5 μL of L arab 20% (100μM)
    • 20μL of Cm,
