Title: PCR of norCB

Start Time: 4:30 PM

Purpose: To PCR norCB and add iGEM prefix&suffix

Protocol: LTM ed. 2 pg 45-47 Exceptions: 1. Final primer concentration <0.1 uM 2. Decreased annealing temperature to 63C 3. Increased elongation time to 5 minutes
