Done today:

Glycerol stocks made from overnight cultures (see yesterday for details)

  • 800μL culture
  • 600μL 100% glycerol

Stored in -80°C freezer in iGEM Box 2


Light sensitive test

  • Plates made with
    • Kan
    • Chlor
    • Amp
    • Arabinose
    • X-Gal
  • pCph8/pL-pCB culture streaked on two of these plates
  • One wrapped in foil, stored in incubator lvl 1
  • Other incubated in genetics incubator with light on
