Protocols
PCR
Platinum PCR Supermix
- Set Reaction Tubes/Plates on Ice
- Add the following components in a reaction vessel
- 45 µl Platinum PCR SuperMix
- Primers (200 nM final concentration per primer is recommended)
- Template DNA solution
