1. sequence order:
   • (KB): samples are not nanodropped and machine is in use. I submitted/printed the order sheet. Hopefully we can get it in by 5pm. i've gotta get to class.
2. take out plates/LC:
   • (KB): the plates are really thin and colonies are growing really slowly. Puc failed again, but as of 3pm some small colonies are appearing on 3 of the plates. Somebody needs to check back later.
